Proof of Subsidized Fertilizer Goes to the Middle Kingdom
- The Act/s on Subsidized Fertilizer
- The Siphoning
- The Parties Involved
- The So-Called Enforcer of Law and Relevant Bodies
- The Indonesian Fertilizer Subsidy are also here
Based on an ongoing Case at the Shah Alam High Court, the information reveals the following:
- Our Malaysian Subsidized Fertilizer meant for the Farmer/s was hijack by the same body that distribute them. Nafas Bajakimia Sdn Bhd (100% controlled by National Farmers Association – under the purview of Ministry of Agriculture) assumed the role of “ROBINHOOD THE OPPOSITE”. They diverted the allocation of fertilizer meant for the farmers to Gransea (M) Sdn Bhd (their 25% subsidiary) and repack them into commercial packing and sold them at commercial value. The cost (Free of Charge) was borne by the SUBSIDY KERAJAAN MALAYSIA.
- The process of siphoning Malaysian Government’s Packed Fertilizer and repacking was highlighted by an investigation appointed by Shah Alam High Court. The premises involved was rented by Chemfert Sdn Bhd and was used by Gransea (M) Sdn Bhd. Photographs shows that the repacking of Malaysia Government Logo Fertilizer (Ear-Marked Not For Sale) was being blended into Gransea (M) Sdn Bhd’s packing.
- The Parties involved are as follows,
- Chemfert Sdn Bhd being the scapegoat (premises under rental by them and the company is presently in court over boardroom tussle)
- Gransea (M) Sdn Bhd being ROBINHOOD THE OPPOSITE (they benefit by just repacking government stocks into their own)
- Nafas Bajakimia Sdn Bhd being the distributor and source of supply of government subsidy stocks
- The Banks In Malaysia are they funding this companies in doing business by providing banking facilities on storage and stock-holding. Its thru funding of illegal activities that we should be worry about.
- The above information and evidences can be found in a documented report filed in Shah Alam High Court. Elements under the Penal Code are clearly found such as Theft, Abetment, and Misrepresentation just to name a few. Not forgetting provision allowed by relevant bodies of Enforcer of Law and Order.
- Is there a Police Report On the Above = 100% Yes ( Action = Nil)
- Is the Ministry of Agriculture Aware = 100% Yes (Action = Nil)
- Is the Farmer/s Happy = YES (like the rebate on fuel – better than non)
- The Indonesia fertilizer subsidy took a wide swim across the Straits of Malacca into our territory and was also repack into Gransea (M) Sdn Bhd’s packaging. Is the Indonesia Embassy aware of the above?. Well!, the previous ambassador went sailing home and I am wondering what the new one is doing.
In General, all facts are before our very eyes and what can we actually do – NOTHING. It’s the enforcer’s liability and integrity that we should be looking into. Let’s highlight this particular case on a wider spectrum and see for ourselves the choices we made during ELECTION.
